Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Vibe and Sip! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our bartending services and website. By booking our services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services

  • Vibe and Sip provides professional bartending services for private events.
  • Clients are responsible for providing all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, along with any necessary permits required by local laws.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or underage.

2. Booking & Payments

  • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event.
  • Cancellations made at least 3 weeks before the event may be eligible for a partial refund of the balance, but the retainer remains non-refundable.
  • Additional charges may apply for overtime services or extra staff requested during the event.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must ensure that all guests consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age.
  • The client is responsible for any damages caused by guests to bartending equipment or setup.
  • If an event requires special permits, the client must obtain them in advance.

4. Liability & Alcohol Service

  • Vibe and Sip is not responsible for any incidents, accidents, or injuries related to alcohol consumption at your event.
  • Our bartenders will follow responsible serving practices and reserve the right to cut off alcohol service if necessary.
  • We do not provide or sell alcohol; the client assumes all liability for compliance with alcohol laws.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the timeframe of cancellation, as outlined in our booking policy.
  • No refunds will be issued for events canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, venue restrictions, etc.).

6. Force Majeure

Vibe and Sip is not liable for delays or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.

7. Use of Website

Our website content is for informational purposes only.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website materials is prohibited.
  • We are not responsible for third-party links or content found on external websites.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Return and Refund Policy

At Vibe and Sip, we strive to provide exceptional bartending services for your special events. This Return and Refund Policy outlines our policies regarding retainers, cancellations, and refunds. By booking our services, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Retainer & Payments

  • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. This retainer guarantees our availability and covers administrative costs.
  • The remaining balance is due before the event date, as outlined in your booking agreement.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations:
    • If you cancel 21 days before the event, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the balance paid (excluding the retainer).
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event  are non-refundable as we have already allocated staff and resources for your event.
  • Vibe and Sip-Initiated Cancellations:
    • In the rare event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, emergency, or other factors beyond our control), we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule based on availability.

3. No-Show & Late Payments

  • Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of services without refund.
  • If our bartending team arrives at the event and is unable to perform services due to client-related issues (e.g., lack of required permits, venue restrictions, or failure to provide beverages), no refund will be issued.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • We understand that plans may change. If you need to reschedule your event, we will make reasonable accommodations based on our availability.
  • Requests to reschedule must be made at least 21 days before the event. Additional fees may apply if the new date requires additional staffing or resources.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days via the original payment method.
  • Clients will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
